About me
I'm a daughter, a sister, a mother, a wife, a carer, a friend and I am passionate about Women’s health.
I have always been interested in caring for others and helping people feel better. At 16 I became a life guard and joined the red cross. At university was an emergency medical technician and volunteered as a cross community youth leader helping build bridges of trust and friendship.
Growing up in Northern Ireland during the troubled seventies and eighties, I’ve seen first hand what fear and mistrust can do to communities and families and how trauma can affect you for a lifetime if left untreated.
For decades I searched for answers to my own health concerns.
Not finding the answers in conventional medicine lead me to pursue education in nutrition and holistic healthcare.
As a clinical hypnotherapist, acupuncturist, life coach and chef I take a holistic view to health.
I have recovered from trauma, emotional issues, chronic fatigue, digestive problems, abdominal pain, hormone imbalance and postnatal depression and with the right support I know you can too.
